A Wood Heat salesperson will set everything up for you over the phone and get all the information needed, while they guide you along via the website so you can see the products and options being recommended.



Account Management


Wood Heat customers can view and change all information by navigating to the account button in the main website navigation menu. There users can edit information such as their name, email address, password, subscriptions, billing and shipping addresses, view orders, saved products and more. Any of the information found here can be edited by clicking on the "Edit" buttons that are found in each respective area.



Store Policies


All Wood Heat store policies can be accesses here, on our store policy page. This will give the user an in-depth review of our store policies regarding things such as shipping, warranties, returns, service and more.



Cancelling Order


It is currently not possible to cancel a placed order over the internet. To to cancel an order, please call the Quakertown store at (267) 347-5300, then follow the prompts to the Quakertown, PA store. If the order has already been shipped, the customer must pay the return freight and will be responsible for any damage done to the unit or accessories during transportation.



Emailing Preferences


Wood Heat is not currently running any email promotions. The only emails you will receive from us at the moment are ones that are automatically sent when you request an account password reset.



Saved Products


A customer who has created an account with Wood Heat and is currently logged in can save products that they are interested in. To save a product press the "heart" button on the product or navigation page. This will save the product to the user's profile. To access a user's saved products, press the account button in the main website navigation menu. This page will show all the products that the user has saved to their profile. The item will not be removed from the profile unless the user removes it, or the item is removed from the website by Wood Heat administration. If all items are not shown, change the number of shown products from 10 (default), to either 20 or 100. From this page the user can share the product, add it to their shopping cart, or change the configuration.

NOTE: When saving an item, the price is not locked in or saved. If the price changes prior to purchase, the updated price will be reflected.



In-Store Pickups


An order that is placed online may be picked up by the customer, if they wish to save money on freight costs. All items are shipped out of the Quakertown PA showroom located at 322 N. West End Blvd. Please call us first at (267) 347-5300, then follow the prompts to Quakertown, PA sales. Talk to our sales staff, and they will be sure to get everything that you will need ready for you.

During Wood Heat's peak season between September and March, wait times for a response could be up to 48 business hours.
